Rates

Single room – £58 per night, with shared shower room.

Twin room – £76 per night, with shared shower room.

Double room – £88 per night, with private bathroom.

Rates include a generous Continental Breakfast

Deposit required to secure reservation. Minimum of 1-night tariff or 25% total booking (non-refundable).

£10 per person supplement for 1-night stays which are only accepted 48 hours prior to check-in.

Price reduction available for single occupancy of twin and double rates in low season at owner’s discretion.

Special Rates apply for New Year, Easter and during Wimbledon Tennis Championships. Closed for Christmas.

Separate payment deposits and cancellation terms apply for self-catering apartment.

Refundable £25 key deposit required on arrival. Lost key surcharge: £100.

Check in from 4pm unless by prior arrangement, check out by 10am.

Methods of payment:
Payment by MasterCard or Visa, or cash accepted. Deposits payable by cheque if there is a minimum of 10 days prior to arrival. 3% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions.
